Position Overview:
As IP Fees Research Analyst you willbe responsible forintellectual property research for our specialized Global IP Estimator will analyze and update worldwide IP fees and related data including those within our IP database which is integral to our product role will provide you with the opportunity to engage in key activities to progress your career.
YoullLove This Job if You Like To:
- Research Intellectual Property legislation worldwide and collect data related to IP fees and applicable rules for eachcountry
- While ensuring accuracy analyze and update data related to global Patent Trademark Design and Utility Model protection costs and related legislation within our dedicateddatabase
- Work cooperatively with team membersassistingthem to fulfill goals andobjectiveswhich include monthly updates and softwareenhancements
- Understand the capabilities and limitations of the software the data and theanalysis
- Identifyand recommend process improvements for the extraction analysis and presentation ofdata
- Respond to various requests ensuring the responses are optimally presented with accuracy and attention todetail
- Collaborate with other Anaqua IP Legal teams to ensure the accuracy of data is maintained within all Anaqua products
- Analyze the AI needs of the product update processes and propose innovative solutions for process automation.
Skills/ Experience Required:
- Bachelors degree and/or a Paralegal degree.
- A certificate in Paralegal Studies will be an added advantage
- Experience in the field of Intellectual Property specificallyLegal Research
- Experience using MS Office suite (TEAMS) withexpertisein Excel and Access
- Ability to prioritize and multitask without missing importantdeadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
WhatYoullNeed to Be Successful:
- Experience working with complex data to presentaccurateand meaningfulanalyses
- Knowledge of Data Analytics and visualization tools
- Knowledge and experience of using AI tools.
- Prior experience using Global IP Estimator software is a plus
