The Challenge
Adobe is looking for an experienced Account Executive who is excited by the prospect of selling Adobes Digital Experience technology to drive customer engagement and growth in the market.
We are looking for candidates who thrive in being in a hunter client facing role responsible for building relationships generating leads and prospecting to new customers across Australia.
What Youll Do
Develop target named account strategies and tactical penetration plans
Develop and maintain relationships at the C and VP levels of the defined target named accounts
Develop compelling value propositions based on returnoninvestment cost/benefit analysis
Execute against the major steps of the sales process including finding new business opportunities qualifying new opportunities and closing new business
Sell against annual revenue targets for software licenses
Coordinate with presales and marketing partner and professional services teams
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts
What youll need to succeed
Experience building midlevel and executive level relationships within the marketing (CMO) and IT (CTO/CIO) fields as well as establishing meetings with a broad array of marketing executives and endusers
Ability to collaborate with the internal ecosystems (Solution Consulting Professional Services etc)
A pro at operational excellence including accurate forecasting and pipelining in CRM
Validated sales track record in consultative solution selling an understanding of Enterprise business and pricing negotiations
Strong understanding and experience in running a longterm sales cycles across various verticals
Consistent overachiever of sales targets in past positions
