Raytheon is looking for a Finance Senior Manager supporting Standard Missile 3 (SM3 Block IB program within the SM3 program. The SM3 IB program includes supporting on going production on the FY1923 Multiyear Contract Sustainment Depot contracts and the capture or future development and production business. SM3 IB provides exposure to both costtype and fixed price contracts. Additionally this position will lead a team of 58 finance professionals.
The role is being posted as onsite and is based on the needs of the business. The Program team is in Tucson Arizona. The preferred candidate will be located onsite. Some travel may be required.
What You Will Do
- You will be accountable for financial oversight of SM3 IB program with contracts spanning production sustainment engineering services and development.
- This position requires proactive leadership and significant interaction with the Program Managers Contracts Engineering Supply Chain and others to ensure alignment regarding strategic operating and financial objectives.
- You will ensure compliance with required Estimates at Complete (EACs) and contractual earned value.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a bachelors degree in finance Accounting Economics Mathematics or related or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 8 years experience.
- Experience in a leadership role.
- Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management) and Estimates at Complete (EACs).
Qualifications We Prefer
- Demonstrated ability to meet critical deadlines.
- Experience interfacing with senior level management and customers including formal presentations.
- Proactive and demonstrated ability to creatively problem solve.
- Continuous improvement mindset and high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience negotiating preferably with a US Defense customer
Additional Information
- This position is grade M5 Senior Manager Program Cost Controls.
- Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.
