Were hiring a GoToMarket Engineer for our SalesAssist team (GTMESA). This role combines technical expertise with a passion for helping SMB/MidMarket become Clay customers. The Sales Assist team at Clay is high velocity (youll be selling Clay to hundreds of customers every quarter). Its the perfect role for someone who loves getting into the nitty gritty of how a business grows revenue and how Clay can help teams unlock growth.
Our current SA GTM Engineers have diverse backgrounds weve got exproduct managers professional love coaches BDRs and founders. All that is to say they differ in experience but they resemble our customers and they all love GTM hacking.
What Youll Do
Drive the SalesAssist motion by helping customers discover and adopt new Clay use cases
Developing consultative selling skills while staying at the forefront of emerging sales technologies
Provide technical guidance and support during the sales process for smaller/midmarket accounts
Collaborate with product teams translating customer feedback into feature improvements
What Youll Bring
2 years of GTM experience (Sales RevOps Growth Marketing etc. or a technical role (Product Solutions/Sales engineering)
Clay skills (aka youre already really good at Clay)
Very good at prioritizing & staying organized
Clear and enthusiastic communication when translating concepts to nontechnical users
Curiosity & enthusiasm (learning something new every day excites you)
Nice to have: Computer Science/Engineering background or equivalent degree
Based out of a central office on 19th Street in Manhattans Flatiron District. We love the energy of inperson collaboration while also offering the flexibility to work from home when needed.
