Job Description
As an Intern in the Marketing Automation Team (MA) you will support daytoday operational activities and crossfunctional projects while collaborating with the MA team and stakeholders. At the same time you will manage SharePoint updates develop communication plans and maintain documentation. In addition you will gain and apply knowledge about Agilents industry infrastructure and products in your assignment. This is developing real world experience in a company that is a leader in the markets it serves.
Your role will involve providing support and collaborating in the following areas:
- Support campaign review assignment and project management processes.
- Maintain and organize SharePoint sites including updating site content and document libraries.
- Collaborate with the MA team to create and refine communication plans for stakeholders.
- Update and standardize process documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate project deliverables prior to launch.
- Leverage tools and technologies (e.g. Eloqua Asana QuickBase Excel PPT) to support above tasks and initiatives.
In this context we seek students who have skills in communication digital marketing or business studies who demonstrate strong work ethics exceptional adaptability outstanding organizational project management and strong communication and collaboration skills
The internship opportunity is based in Barcelona (Spain) and ideally lasts 12 months fulltime.

- A current student pursuing an academic degree in marketing business or related fields ideally in the last 12 years of studies)
- Organized selfmotivated and proficient in admin tools like Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; user knowledge of other digital communication and project management tools considered a plus
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other European languages is advantageous)
- Previous abilities in marketing and/or digital marketing would be advantageous
Note that the internship requires formalization via an academic training agreement between Agilent and your University. Make sure you are eligible for such an agreement for the length of the internship 12 months fulltime) when applying for the role.
