Job Description

About the Role:


Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Service Centre ensuring efficient management of administrative functions in compliance with statutory and company requirements.

Coordinate the production and reporting of reliable financial HR and administrative information to support the smooth operation of the Service Centre.


Key Responsibilities may include:

  • Manage HR administrative tasks including the new hire onboarding process submitting employment paperwork coordinating benefits enrolment and preparing for onsite interviews.
  • Support the timekeeping and payroll process by resolving timecard discrepancies with management and submitting timecards for processing as required.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as employee file maintenance data entry mail sorting and handling email and phone correspondence to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Oversee the purchasing function by managing data entry filing receipting and reconciling purchases to actual deliveries ensuring accurate tracking of inventory and supplies.
  • Complete daily weekly and monthly data entry and reporting requirements for warehouse operations ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Provide administrative support for shipping and receiving coordination ensuring efficient processing and handling of goods and supplies.
  • Assist with various ad hoc duties including supporting visitors organizing training on operational procedures and performing additional administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements in all administrative activities contributing to the Service Centres overall efficiency

  • Grer les tches administratives des RH y compris le processus dintgration des nouveaux employs la soumission des documents demploi la coordination de ladhsion aux avantages sociaux et la prparation aux entrevues sur place.
  • Soutenir le processus de pointage et de paie en rsolvant les carts de pointage avec la direction et en soumettant les fiches de pointage pour traitement au besoin.
  • Effectuer des tches de bureau gnrales telles que la tenue des dossiers des employs la saisie de donnes le tri du courrier et le traitement des courriels et de la correspondance tlphonique pour assurer le bon fonctionnement quotidien.
  • Superviser la fonction dachat en grant la saisie des donnes le classement la rception et le rapprochement des achats avec les livraisons relles en assurant un suivi prcis des stocks et des fournitures.
  • Remplir les exigences quotidiennes hebdomadaires et mensuelles en matire de saisie de donnes et de rapports pour les oprations dentrept en veillant ce que les rapports soient exacts et en temps opportun.
  • Fournir un soutien administratif pour la coordination de lexpdition et de la rception en assurant le traitement et la manutention efficaces des marchandises et des fournitures.
  • Aider diverses tches ponctuelles y compris le soutien aux visiteurs lorganisation de la formation sur les procdures oprationnelles et lexcution de tches administratives supplmentaires au besoin.
  • Assurer le respect des politiques et des exigences lgales de lentreprise dans toutes les activits administratives contribuant ainsi lefficacit globale du Centre de services.

Vous devez avoir:

  • Diplme dtudes postsecondaires ou exprience professionnelle pertinente
  • Bonnes comptences analytiques
  • Bonnes comptences en communication
  • Avoir travaill dans un environnement ax sur les processus o la russite dpend du respect des dlais
  • Exprience en achats
  • Exprience en planification et contrle des stocks et en logistique
  • Exprience pralable en reporting de gestion
  • Exprience en scurit

Comptences et connaissances

  • Bonne connaissance pratique de MS Office (notamment Excel)
  • Motivation et aptitude travailler sous pression
  • Capacit maintenir un niveau lev de prcision malgr un volume de production lev
