We are seeking a Community Caretaker to join our Estate Services team in Borehamwood.
You will need to enjoy working with people as will be a visible representative for Clarion in the neighbourhood and ideally have experience of caretaking and cleaning.
Youll be responsible for the cleanliness safety and security of our residents and undertaking minor communal repairs.
Youll be required to cover sites based in Borehamwod; so the ability to travel is crucial.

Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required.
Although based at Borehamwood applicants may need to cover other estates in the area.
