Overall Purpose: Responsible for designing supporting and/or administering executive compensation programs that align with organizational objectives and achieve attraction and retention of talent.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include but are not limited to the following:
Data Analysis and Program Design: Conducting indepth market research and data analysis to design competitive executive compensation programs including shortterm incentives equity and deferred compensation plans.
Administration and Compliance: Administering and supporting the implementation of executive compensation plans ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Stakeholder Communication and Support: Develop and present detailed dashboards using Power BI and Excel. Bring new ideas and fresh perspective to guide leadership on executive compensation matters and collaborate with external vendors to evaluate and administer programs.
Performance Management Integration: Integrating performance metrics with compensation plans to align executive incentives with organizational goals and assist in evaluating executive performance to determine appropriate compensation adjustments.
Other Duties as Assigned: Supporting processes related to SEC filings onetime awards perquisites client consulting external collaboration continuous improvement and/or leadership training.
Job Contribution: An experienced professional with advanced interdisciplinary knowledge resolving difficult and complex issues using broad professional concepts. Guides others applying advanced principles and company practices. Leads moderate sized projects (or parts of larger projects) with strategic value. Operates autonomously with frequent senior leadership interaction.

Education/Experience: Bachelors degree (BS/BA) desired. 3 years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
