Dematic Canada is seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth across the region. The Sales Director will develop and executie the sales strategy managing key customer relationships and leading a highperforming sales team. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $125000 $225000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location education experience knowledge and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

This is What You Will do in This Role:

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with Dematic Canadas business goals and objectives

Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities growing existing customer accounts and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

Team Leadership: Lead mentor and empower the team to achieve individual and collective sales goals. Provide guidance training and development opportunities to enhance the teams performance

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with key customers understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with Dematic Canadas solutions and services

Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities to find opportunities and threats adjusting the sales strategy accordingly

Sales Process Improvement: Continuously improve the sales process including lead generation qualification proposal development and contract negotiation.

Budget Management: Oversee the sales budget optimally prioritizing to enhance ROI and achieve business objectives.

Crossfunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments including marketing engineering and project management to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful project .

Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management highlighting key performance metrics and insights.

What We are Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree in business engineering or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Consistent track record of at least 710 years in B2B sales with a strong background in sophisticated solution selling preferably in the supply chain and logistics industry.
  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in a leadership role leading and developing highperformance sales teams.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and support the sales team.
  • Knowledge of automation robotics and material handling systems is a plus.
