- Manage a team of 68 Account Executives
- Inspect review and analyze key metrics that drive business and provide insight and guidance to senior leadership
- Provide innovative ways to help increase and improve individual and team performance
- Provide ongoing coaching and development for your team
- Be accountable and hold your team accountable for hitting daily weekly and monthly targets
- 3 years of inside sales experience preferably highvolume inside sales
- 13 years of Sales management experience preferably high volume inside sales
- You have SaaS sales experience
- You love to win and be part of a winning team
- You thrive on competition
- You love to develop and coach people
- You bring energy and a positive attitude to work every day
- You believe in having fun at work
- Youre collaborative and constantly looking to get better
- Experience with Salesforce a plus
- Comfortable seeking feedback from all levels in the organization
- Experience selling services or technology to small businesses is highly preferred
- Good analytical skills
- Strong ability to manage change
- Bachelors degree preferred
