Human Resources Generalist II
This highly professional administrative position is assigned to the Office of Administrative Affairs at the University of Florida College of MedicineJacksonville (UF COMJ). The Office of Administrative Affairs has campus wide responsibility for UF academic human resources administration and faculty affairs. The HR Generalist II works closely with faculty staff and administrators to provide expert HR services enhancing employee engagement productivity and overall satisfaction. The HR Generalist is a member of a highly collaborative and dynamic administrative affairs team and serves as primary point of contact for assigned clinical department faculty management and staff concerning human resources policies procedures and practices for UF COMJ.

Bachelors degree in an appropriate area and four years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRMCP) SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRMSCP) HRCI Professional of Human Resources (PHR) or HRCI Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR).
