Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced attorney to join our growing practice serving older adults and people with disabilities in all aspects of estate and longterm care planning. We have five locations: Quincy Danvers Framingham Lexington and Hyannis.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct client consultations to assess legal needs and develop appropriate strategies
  • Draft and review legal documents including wills trusts powers of attorney health care proxies and probate filings
  • Collaborate with attorneys paralegals and support staff to ensure comprehensive and compassionate client service
  • Represent clients in probate and guardianship proceedings if necessary
  • Stay up to date on changes in estate and elder law regulations
  • Maintain organized and accurate case files and meet all required deadlines
  • Provide thoughtful and tailored legal advice with sensitivity to the unique needs of older adults people with disabilities and their families

Qualifications:
  • 37 years of experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication interpersonal decisionmaking and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with attention to detail and professionalism
  • A clientcentered mindset and the ability to work with individuals with empathy and respect
  • Should be a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA)
