Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced attorney to join our growing practice serving older adults and people with disabilities in all aspects of estate and longterm care planning. We have five locations: Quincy Danvers Framingham Lexington and Hyannis.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct client consultations to assess legal needs and develop appropriate strategies
- Draft and review legal documents including wills trusts powers of attorney health care proxies and probate filings
- Collaborate with attorneys paralegals and support staff to ensure comprehensive and compassionate client service
- Represent clients in probate and guardianship proceedings if necessary
- Stay up to date on changes in estate and elder law regulations
- Maintain organized and accurate case files and meet all required deadlines
- Provide thoughtful and tailored legal advice with sensitivity to the unique needs of older adults people with disabilities and their families
Qualifications:
- 37 years of experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication interpersonal decisionmaking and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines with attention to detail and professionalism
- A clientcentered mindset and the ability to work with individuals with empathy and respect
- Should be a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA)
