Job Description
The Marketing and Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales and marketing teams to drive property sales improve brand visibility and enhance customer engagement. You will be responsible for assisting with the development of marketing strategies coordinating campaigns and ensuring that sales objectives are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a keen eye for market trends.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote property listings.
Coordinate sales activities and provide administrative support to the sales team.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to recommend marketing initiatives.
Assist in organizing property showings and events for potential buyers.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop engaging content and materials.

Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing sales or a related role.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of the real estate market is a plus but not required.
Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
