We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in Saint Louis MO. In this role you will play a key part in coordinating marketing campaigns supporting sales activities and ensuring smooth communication between departments to drive overall business success.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and implement marketing and sales strategies to support business goals
Assist in the creation and distribution of promotional materials and presentations
Support sales teams with client communication lead tracking and followups
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and campaign performance
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field
13 years of experience in a marketing or sales coordination role
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment
Detailoriented with a strong analytical mindset
