About the Position:
We are seeking a part time Front Desk Assistant to work in our pediatric therapy clinic(s) located in Washington DC & Arlington VA. The primary location will be in Capitol Hill 4 afternoons) and the secondary/coverage location will be in Arlington 1 afternoon).
Role of Front Desk Office Assistant at Skills on the Hill LLC:
Schedule:
4 hour shift
Late afternoon shifts
Monday to Friday

Minimum Qualifications:
Customer service experience preferred
Experience working with children with developmental delays is preferred but not required
Experience and ability to work independently using critical thinking skills and processes to arrive at objective resultsoriented decisions within the context of patient care and organizational priorities.
Candidate should demonstrate good judgment decisionmaking and communication skills with a variety of individuals and groups. Should exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Good working knowledge in all applicable computer programs (Microsoft Office) and use of iPad.
