Facilities Manager and Project LeadWhat will you bring
We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to ensure the provision of professional facilities management services in support of the business at Unum. You will proactively manage all facilities support services including building services front of house postal services security meeting and conference spaces and catering ensuring maintenance and upgrades are regularly performed.
In this role you will:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the delivery of facilities and property services to similar corporate clients. You will have a strong health and safety focus and a NEBOSH certificate or relevant experience is desirable.
In view of the nature of the role the job holder must be willing to be on emergency callout and able to travel to any of the sites at short notice.
