Who you are:
- (Required) You have at least 2 years of experience in software development working collaboratively as part of a professional engineering team.
- (Required) Youve spent at least 2 years writing code in a professional setting using Python Java or JavaScript.
- Youre a highly motivated engineer whos excited to contribute to the success of EverTrues Product Engineering team.
- You thrive in collaborative environments where you can create innovate and implement technical solutions alongside our platform team using Agile methodologies.
- Youre familiar with Java JavaScript or Python and eager to deepen your expertise in these languages.
- You enjoy learning and working with new technologies and youre always looking for ways to grow your skills.
- You have strong analytical thinking and enjoy solving complex technical problems with creative practical solutions.
- You embody our core valuesactionoriented kindly candid and humbly confidentwhile always keeping the customer experience top of mind.
- As an added bonus you are excited about the Education/NonProfit Sector and/or have experience with Advancement or Fundraising.
What youll do:
- Write clean reliable code as part of a collaborative development team.
- Help design and build scalable APIs learning and applying best practices along the way.
- Work closely with designers and engineers to implement userfriendly accessible features.
- Participate in code reviews to both give and receive feedback supporting continuous learning and quality.
- Contribute to solving technical challenges by bringing curiosity and a problemsolving mindset.
- Help build and maintain systems that are reliable performant and ready to scale.
