Administration Services Manager

Brisbane Private Hospital is seeking a motivated and experienced Administration Services Manager to lead our hospital administration team on a fulltime basis.

In this role you will ensure efficient and effective administration practices delivering an industryleading patient experience. This role will see you responsible for a team of 40 admin staff across the hospital and you will support and develop team performance across key domains including people and safety financial management and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Experience:
• Lead and maintain exceptional internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Ensure prompt and professional assistance to patients families VMOs staff thirdparty providers and visitors.
• Maintain efficient hospital administration workflows in line with best practices ensuring patient confidentiality and privacy.
• Implement quality improvement frameworks and support accreditation processes.
• Create a highperforming Administration Department through visible leadership coaching and training.
• Operational Efficiency:
• Deliver commercial outcomes by leveraging data to manage and improve hospital administration performance.
• Implement operational excellence practices within the hospital.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with VMO partners.
• Team Leadership:
• Champion and practice the companys values.
• Create a safe and healthy workplace.
• Engage in workforce planning and ensure adherence to Work Safety and Health & Wellbeing practices.

Qualifications:

• Mandatory: Diploma level qualification in Frontline Management Business Management or a related discipline (or working towards the same).
• Desirable: Bachelor level qualification in Healthcare Management Business or a related discipline (or working towards the same).
