UnspecifiedThis individual will be responsible for defining and implementing the ERP strategy for data protection dynamic data masking entitlement management and identitydriven enforcement. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in deploying complex compliance tools and a broad background in ERP security implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement solution involving information security and compliance needs.
- Provide indepth technical knowledge and expertise during pilot proof of concept stage or organizationwide deployment.
- Resolve complex compliance problems where indepth security evaluation is required.
- Lead the development & implementation of tools such as NextLabs & Pathlock.
- Creation of test scripts around data masking entitlements access roles generating ERP alerts and SIEM integration.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand compliance requirements and translate them into effective compliance policies.
- Administer and maintain NextLabs Pathlock products and technologies to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
- Creation of documentation ERP security policies and procedures.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience OR In absence of a degree 12 years of relevant experience is required
- Experience applying ERP security features and best practices.
- Understanding the concept of AttributeBased Access Control (ABAC) and experience in deploying policybased access control within ERP Landscape.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Prior experience as a people manager.
- Must be willing and able to travel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Implementation experience in ERP security and compliance tools such as NextLabs Pathlock ERP UI Masking.
- 10 years of experience in ERP Security and Compliance arena covering Attribute Based Access Controls Role Based Access Controls.
- Experience providing technical security expertise and oversight for complex crossdomain heterogeneous networked environments in collaboration with Customers the Information Technology (IT) Department and other Business Units.
