Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Project Manager to support toplevel business strategies and manage highimpact crossfunctional projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strategic mindset who thrives on collaboration ownership and .
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with senior leadership to develop implement and track strategic business plans.
- Lead and coordinate multidepartmental projects ensuring deadlines and goals align with executive objectives.
- Take full ownership of companywide initiatives and products ensuring endtoend delivery with internal teams.
- Serve as the communication bridge between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare key business presentations reports and documentation for leadership meetings.
- Identify inefficiencies and lead process improvement efforts across departments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or business coordination roles.
- Fluency in Turkish and English is required.
- Proven ability to manage complex crossfunctional projects.
- Strong communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical thinker with a strategic and problemsolving mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint) and common project management platforms.
