Your Role
As a Business Development Manager your objective will be to drive deals & Close value. You will own the client relationship from the first handshake to the signed contract.
Your main responsibilities:
- Owning the Deal
- You step in early before the deal is even real.
- You qualify opportunities challenge assumptions.
- You build proposals that balance risk value and client impact.
- Building Winning Proposals
- Work crossfunctionally to cocreate proposals that resonate technically sound strategically aligned and commercially smart.
- Knowing When to Walk Away
- Not every lead is worth chasing.
- Youll identify red flags and drop lowpotential deals before they eat up valuable time.
- Sealing the Deal with Strategy
- You understand what makes a client say yes not just pricing but trust clarity and confidence. You deliver that.
- Staying Involved PostSignature
- You dont disappear after the ink dries.
- You monitor delivery progress keep the rationale tight and step in if changes are needed to protect both client value and CodiLimes interests.
Do we have a match
As a Business Development Manager you must meet the following criteria:
- At least 7 years experience in B2B sales in IT services (tech sales consulting or solutionbased roles)
- Acquired contracts for at least $1M annual revenue
- Excellent knowledge of English (C1 level)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills you know how to work a room even remotely
- Confidence in navigating complex client conversations
- A strategic mindset with a hunters instinct
- Strong analytical thinking youre not afraid to challenge internal estimates
- Experience in working with Hubspot or a similar CRM system
Beyond the criteria above we would appreciate the nicetohaves:
- Experience in working with the USbased clients
- Familiarity with software development or technical solution delivery is a big plus
