Key Job Purpose
The Dutchspeaking Virtual Assistant is the togo for helping our English and Dutchspeaking Business Partners get the best possible support from TOP.
In this role you ll make a real impact by ensuring Dutchspeaking Business Partners and customers receive fast highquality support especially during peak times. You ll be part of a customerdriven team reducing wait times improving the overall experience and gathering feedback to help shape our product. With your clear communication and problemsolving skills you ll boost customer satisfaction and play a key role in TOP s growth in Dutchspeaking markets.
Accountabilities
In this role you will support customers across multiple channels (email tickets chats and calls) in both English and Dutch ensuring quick responses and maximum availability.
With clear and effective guidance help new customers get the most out of our Business Partner s service and offerings. Lead customers through onboarding making sure they have a smooth and successful start with TOP and/or our Business Partners.
Aside from that the Dutchspeaking Virtual Assistant will ensure that all enquires are given a suitable solution follow up action and response on behalf of TOP and/or our Business Partners by using advanced AI and workflow automation tools.
Through the gathering and sharing of product feedback from Dutchspeaking customers the Dutchspeaking Virtual Assistant helps improve our platform processes and overall user experience.
In this role it is expected to actively participate in internal projects internal & external training sessions sharing knowledge and collaborating with the team to grow learn and contribute to company success.
Requirements
The ideal candidate would have:
1 years of experience in Customer Support or other customerfacing roles
Fluent or Native in Dutch with a strong command of English to connect with a diverse customer base
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Tech savvy with AI & workflow tools
Excellent time management skills able to prioritize and staying organized
Highly detailoriented
Affinity with bookkeeping and/or ability to analyze financial records is a big plus
Selfmotivated and independent
Highly driven and willingness to learn new tools and software.
A positive Can Do attitude.
