Job Description

Agency Recruitment & Development
- Identify and onboard new agency partners to expand the distribution network.
- Train mentor and support agents to improve performance and enhance productivity.
Sales Target Achievement
- Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales performance and take corrective action where necessary.
