Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new client acquisition and expanding our skilling and staffing division.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients.

Lead new client acquisition efforts and develop longterm business relationships.

Plan organize and execute effective sourcing and service strategies for clients.

Drive revenue growth by securing contract and contracttohire positions.

Explore and develop business opportunities in Skill Development programs such as NATS NAPS WILP and Learn and Earn etc.
Key Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Minimum 3 years of experience in business development and 8 years experience in total required preferably in the staffing & skilling industry.

Proven ability to acquire new clients and expand business opportunities.

Strong communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.

Selfmotivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
