You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailSt. Johns a dynamic and collaborative K12 independent school is seeking a handson IT Technology Support Specialist to join our team immediately. This 12month position supports a multiplatform environment across campus and requires strong technical and interpersonal skills a teamoriented mindset and a commitment to excellence. The role provides firstline support for a wide variety of devices and systems used by faculty staff and students during school hours 7:30AM to 4PM).
Key Responsibilities:
Support platforms for end users across Windows macOS iPadOS and ChromeOS
Set up configure modify maintain and document laptops desktops mobile devices printer interactive displays and other school technology deployments
Assist with resolving network and wireless connectivity issues
Support faculty and staff with basic audio/visual and classroom technology needs
Resolve tickets representing staffgenerated technical requests or problems and troubleshoot technical and process issues to maintain productivity and active records.
Qualifications/Skills:
2 years of IT support experience preferably in an educational setting
Strong customer service communication and problemsolving skills
Proficient in troubleshooting basic networking printers and AV equipment
Able to manage priorities and respond quickly in a fastpaced environment
Comfortable explaining technical concepts to nontechnical user
