Job Description
- Key account manager (KAM) responsible for Sales and business development of OE SALES
- Develop strategy for long term profitable growth
- Responsible for new Business acquisition and project management
- Enabling cross functional team to secure profitability (PCR VA VE RPP etc).
- Customer Management and Price Negotiations Price Management
- Receivables management
- Data Analysis and Interpretation of Market and OEM growth/trends
Tasks
- Sustain and grow the existing business with profitability
- Acquire new business with OEMs
- Ensure customer delight by fulfilling OEM QCD requirements
- Regular interaction and alignment with OE customers to analyze business trends & identify new growth areas
- Price management price negotiation & contracting with OEMs
- Sales planning& forecasting
- Receivables management Timely collection of payments payment terms / credit period
Qualifications :
- BE / BTech with min 3 years of experience in OE sales
- MBA (preferred)
- Experience in automobile / automotive industry
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Very good communication (English Hindi)
- Very good presentation skills
- Commercial Acumen Pricing Negotiation
- Willing to travel
Additional Information :
Very strong in Data analysis
Good Knowledge in MS Office Word PPT Excel Power BI
High level of Interpersonal Skills
Ability to work in a matrix structure
