Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Sales Strategy &
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify potential customers and qualify leads within the ERP CRM and SCM domains.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
2. Client Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure longterm business partnerships.
- Present ERP solutions to clients through product demonstrations executive presentations and discovery conversations.
- Engage with senior leaders (CxO level) to understand business challenges and propose tailored solutions.
3. Sales Process Management
- Manage endtoend sales processes including lead generation negotiation and closing deals.
- Respond to RFI/RFPs by addressing functional and business requirements.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (e.g. marketing presales) to drive customer success.
4. Performance Tracking
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
- Analyze competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
5. Industry Knowledge
- Stay updated on advancements in ERP technologies such as SAP CRM and SCM systems.
- Provide insights into market trends to improve product positioning.
Qualifications :
Educational qualification:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration IT or a related field (MBA preferred)
Experience :
- 37 years of experience in selling ERP solutions (SAP or similar systems).
- Proven record of consistently achieving sales quotas.
Mandatory/requires Skills: Understanding of enterprise software solutions
Preferred Skills: SAP modules understanding
1.Technical Expertise
- Strong knowledge of ERP functionalities (SAP preferred) CRM and SCM systems.
- Ability to demonstrate ERP solutions effectively.
2. Communication & Negotiation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in negotiation techniques to close highvalue deals.
3. Sales Tools & Analytics
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM platforms
