Job Description
- Effectively utilize SAP and MS Office to contribute to reporting and business processes.
- Support service team for following up daily work
- Defining / implementing and keeping uptodate service processes
- Take part in service KPIs reporting processes and keeping these processes uptodate
- Support service team about entire ordering process of service orders
- Develop new reporting/dashboards to streamline the analysis of service processes
- Provide remote support to field teams.
Qualifications :
- Senior student in Mechanical Mechatronics Electrical or Electrical and Electronic Engineering
- Preferably having basic knowledge about SAP and Excel programs
- Strong English communication skills
- Teamoriented open to learning and solutionoriented
- Demonstrates a proactive attitude towards selfimprovement and taking responsibility
- Adaptable to teamwork with excellent communication skills
- Able to comply with working hours and work procedure
