Overview
The Systems Analyst plays a crucial role in the development and implementation of information systems that meet the business needs of an organization. This individual acts as a liaison between the stakeholders and the technical team ensuring that the requirements are accurately gathered documented and communicated. By analyzing existing systems and processes the Systems Analyst identifies areas for improvement and facilitates the design of new systems that enhance overall operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews.
- Analyze current systems and processes to identify efficiency gaps.
- Design and propose new system solutions to meet business needs.
- Assist in the development and documentation of system specifications.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technical feasibility of solutions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- 3 years of experience in systems analysis or a related role.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Experience with requirement gathering and documentation techniques.
- Familiarity with business process modeling and improvement.
- Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong problemsolving skills and analytical mindset.
- Experience in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
- Technical experience with systems architecture and design.
- Certifications in systems analysis or project management are a plus.
