Job Description
We are seeking a Sales/Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team at Savannah at Ankeny. In this exciting role you will play a key part in our property management operations assisting prospective residents in finding their ideal homes while providing exceptional customer service to our current tenants.
- Quickly identify and assess prospective residents needs to match them with suitable apartment homes.
- Conduct property tours highlighting the unique features and benefits of our community.
- Develop and maintain longlasting relationships with current residents promptly addressing their needs and concerns.
- Manage the entire leasing process from initial inquiry to lease signing and movein coordination.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation and followup strategies.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure seamless operations and resident satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all client interactions leases and propertyrelated information.
- Participate in community events and marketing initiatives to promote our properties.
- Stay informed about local market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications :
Our ideal Sales Associate has 13 years of sales experience in a multifamily environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office is ideal. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. The ability to work weekends is necessary. An undergraduate degree is strongly preferred. Join our team today!
