Responsibilities
- Jointly collaborate with management to ideate and conceptualize strategies for key FMCG and Mall client based on their objectives
- Operate as the lead point of contact and PIC for enterprise accounts assigned to you
- Develop strong relationships by earning trust with our customers and providing helpful and actionable insights to help our clients succeed with our solution
- Formulate plans and timelines for projects including creation of internal scope of work / briefs and playing an active role in collating and crosschecking internal deliverables
- Oversee and take the lead in driving the overall delivery and implementation of our technology for your assigned accounts within the target timeline
- Act as the main person to set up and customize the platform in line with client requirements in collaboration with internal creative and design teams
- Ensure clear communication between client and internal technology product and marketing team
- You will need to develop a good understanding of our product and how this will help our FMCG and Mall clients succeed with their customer data and loyalty goals
- Provide timely feedback to seniors and management on project progress
Qualifications :

Who we are looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related sales and business development role
- International exposure either through overseas work experiences or work experience in a MNC
- Strong written and verbal communication is a must
- Preference for individuals who have knowledge or experience in digital marketing technology or project management
- Exceptional problemsolving skills resourceful analytical adaptable and has the ability to build good rapport with customers.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Strong commercial acumen
- This role is open to candidates currently based in Malaysia preferably Kuala Lumpur who are either citizens or permanent residents
