Job Description

The Analyst Event Operations candidate will be responsible for creating marketplace demand and driving commerce for a Fortune 100 financial services clients products and services through differentiated and innovative branding marketing and experiences. This team supports premium events and experiences B2B events and executive meetings & events to help unlock synergies in how they deliver outstanding internal and external events across the enterprise. This role is focused on designing and developing exceptional inperson experiences for their B2B customers and prospects across the globe.

The Details:

  • Location: New York NY
  • Duration: 1 year contract ability to extend based on performance and budget
  • Hybrid: 3 days in office within Lower Manhattan

Description and Deliverables:

The Analyst will play a critical role in supporting our client hosting efforts through sponsorship/ticketing properties while ensuring all programs are following internal compliance protocols.

Ticketing Support: Working directly with Senior Manager and partners to fill ticketing events for clients and create materials for Client Managers.

Managing the preplanning details for the internal team:

  • Tracking scheduled events requesting new tickets in our internal database
  • Invitation management
  • Working with Operations Analyst(s) for guest list compilation
  • Communicating details with sales team
  • Manage ticket distribution

PostEvent reporting:

  • Obtaining final guest list from hosts of all attendees
  • Providing information for metrics reporting
  • Creating PostEvent Recaps

Compliance Approvals: Liaising with the Compliance and AntiCorruption team for guest list approvals

  • Ensuring all guests are properly vetted and meets compliance guidelines
  • Manages ticketing entries into the internal database with Compliance and AntiCorruption for approval

Provide Additional Support:

  • Place Food and Beverage orders for Suites
  • Work with other Business Units to collaborate on Engagement Ideas
  • Adhoc project support as required

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 12 years of work experience specifically supporting events and operations
  • Desire to join a highprofile resultsoriented and dynamic team
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced constantly evolving environment
  • Extremely strong organizational skills including attention to detail handling multiple priorities managing tight timelines driving flawless and problemsolving abilities
  • Knowledge of working in a regulated environment and ability to collaborate cross functionally with internal and external teams
  • Proven ability to build and leverage relationships
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel


Additional Information :

The starting pay range for this role is $3040 per hour. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience skills certifications training and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
