Job Description
- Serve as a Business/Data Analyst supporting the Data Warehouse team in Reston VA (hybrid/onsite as needed).
- Analyze STTMs and production data failures to identify root causes.
- Review and interpret Informatica code to trace and resolve data issues.
- Develop and implement SQL-based solutions for data corrections.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to deliver and verify data fixes in production.
- Certify data changes and ensure accuracy post-implementation.
- Translate business needs into technical and data requirements.
- Clearly document and communicate findings requirements and solutions.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain documentation using JIRA/Confluence.
- Utilize advanced SQL skills (preferably Oracle and Toad) and strong data warehousing knowledge.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook.
- Bachelors degree required; 8 years of business/data analysis experience.
- Preferred: Experience in mortgage data (multifamily or single-family) data lineage and source-to-target mapping.
- Candidates must be W2 able to work onsite in Reston VA (no C2C or subcontractors).
