We are seeking an enthusiastic and goaloriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Gandhinagar India. As a Sales Manager you will play a crucial role in driving our companys revenue growth developing and implementing sales strategies and leading a highperforming sales team.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Lead motivate and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximize their performance and productivity
- Analyze market trends customer needs and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics preparing regular reports for senior management

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience preferably in a management role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
