Paid Social & Performance Marketing
Oversee and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads Instagram Ads LinkedIn Ads Twitter Ads TikTok Ads etc..
Manage advertising budgets ensuring optimal ROI and costeffectiveness.
Conduct testing audience segmentation and performance analysis for campaign optimization.
Analytics Reporting & Growth
Track and analyze key social media metrics (reach engagement conversions CTR CAC LTV etc..
Use Google Analytics Meta Insights and social media management tools (Sprout Social Hootsuite etc. to generate reports.
Present insights strategies and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Influencer & Partnership Marketing
Identify collaborate and negotiate partnerships with influencers brand ambassadors and content creators.
Develop influencer marketing campaigns that align with brand goals and audience engagement strategies.
Team Management & CrossFunctional Collaboration
Lead mentor and develop a social media team fostering a highperformance culture.
Collaborate with marketing PR content SEO and design teams to execute cohesive campaigns.
Align social media efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.
Qualifications :
Required Skills & Qualifications:
02 years of experience in social media marketing digital marketing or content marketing.
Proven experience in social media management strategy and paid advertising.
Expertise in social media analytics tools (Google Analytics Sprout Social Hootsuite Meta Business Suite).
Strong knowledge of SEO PPC content marketing and digital advertising.
Experience in influencer marketing and partnership management.
Strong copywriting creative storytelling and branding skills.
Excellent leadership project management and stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with B2B/B2C ecommerce tech fashion or lifestyle brands.
Familiarity with AIdriven marketing tools and automation.
Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and behavioral insights.
