Position Summary
As a member of the Villanova University staff Athletics Guest Services team members will play a vital role in maximizing the game day experience for Villanova Wildcat fans. The primary responsibilities of the team members are to provide a welcoming environment and assist fans by providing game day specific information.
Duties And Responsibilities
Exceed customer service expectations of all Wildcat community members Understand and practice policies and procedures set by Villanova University Athletics Attend customer service team member training and maintain comprehensive knowledge of game day information rules and regulations Check tickets provide directional information answer guest questions Provide ADA assistance Know emergency policies and procedures and be prepared to act when necessary Handle lost and found during events Handle seating areas concourses and premium areas per event Go above and beyond to enhance game day experience
Minimum Qualifications
18 years of age or older Must be available nights weekends and holidays Ability to stand walk and climb stairs throughout the duration of the event Excellent customer service skills Ability to work well with others Positive attitude toward taking on additional job responsibilities Excellent customer service skills
