Oversee the tracking receiving checkin and organization of GTM/Prana merchandise ensuring smooth transitions
to PDP photography.
Collaborate with Accenture Song studio and producers to validate prepare and track samples throughout the
photography lifecycle.
Manage the storage and organization of GTM samples both on and offsite after photography preparing them for
future validation.
Ensure that all PDP merchandise with completed photography at Accenture Song is updated and transitioned offsite
efficiently.
Partner with stylists and the FO team to determine which merchandise should be retained for future use and coordinate
obsolete merchandise transfers to Sample Sale.
Work closely with teams to allocate and optimize storage spaces ensuring efficient sample management.
Implement an official merchandise management system to enhance organization and accessibility across teams.
Partner with facilities team to allocate space and understand storage solutions
Skills Required:
Strong expertise in inventory management and merchandise tracking across multiple locations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office G Suite SharePoint Asana Creative Force and DAM systems.
Experience managing photo studio merchandise and collaborating with production teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate crossfunctional teams. Highly organized with a processoriented mindset to drive operational improvements. Knowledge of photo production workflows and experience liaising between merchandising studio and creative teams
Pay Range:$55.00 $62.00PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positionson job advertisementsin the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including butnot limited to qualifications geographic location and other relevant skills.
