In collaboration with a larger distributed team of product and engineering experts we build new AEM capabilities striving to deliver outstanding website performance traffic acquisition and user engagement for international customers.
As a member of our team youll lead and develop customerfacing SEO strategies for the nonEnglish speaking market that transform manual operations into efficient and automated software. You speak multiple languages to validate transcreated content quickly and to connect with customers efficiently.
What Will You Do
- Discover traffic trends and conduct keyword analysis in the nonEnglishspeaking SEO markets for AEM customers. Carry out comprehensive technical SEO audits and improve strategies to optimize crawlability indexability and search rankings demonstrating insights for future automation.
- Learn which recommendations to establish from these trends. Understand the efficiency and impact of these recommendations against wellestablished critical metrics. Lead customer discussions presenting clear recommendations that align with business goals while staying uptodate with industrywide trends and innovations.
- Turn your findings into solid hypotheses that will be meaningful at wider customer scale. Automate your hypotheses into selflearning software features with goal to improve website performance SEO and user experience.
- At any time challenge your and our beliefs. Be ready to prototype iterate fast upon feedback and data throw away and restart as much as needed.
What you need to succeed
- BTech/MS or similar in Computer Sciences or shown achievements in technical SEO and web development. Strong frontend development skills in HTML CSS and JavaScript and Python for automation.
- Strong multilingual skills are vital including nativelevel English German (B2 minimum) French (A2 minimum) plus two more languages.
- Experience in A/B testing and analysing experiments and driving datadriven conclusions.
- Led remote teams of engineers marketers and designers to drive critical initiatives.
- Deep understanding of technical SEO for nonEnglish Search Engines including crawlability indexability schema markup and page performance with handson experience using SEO tools like Ahrefs and SEMrush.
- Proven handson experience in implementing SEO as a key performance metric with a track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic growth.
- Excellent problemsolving skills strong communication and a proactive collaborative approach growing in fastpaced environments.
