The WSIB operates in a hybrid work environment and this position should anticipate 60 of their time in the office.
The WSIB is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as an Administrative Assistant 4 (AA4 supporting the Senior Investment Officer (SIO) and staff in the Private Equity unit within our Investment Division. Demonstrating independence sound judgment and proactive problemsolving skills the AA4 performs highlevel administrative duties to assist the unit in meeting its objectives and provides dedicated support to the Boards Private Markets Committee. We are in search of a highly proficient detailoriented administrative professional with exceptional organizational skills who will excel in a dynamic work environment.
The successful candidate for this position will demonstrate a strong aptitude for grasping new concepts and an eagerness to be challenged. Taking meeting minutes and proofreading editing and formatting of documents will be critical components of this position. The most desirable candidate will produce coherent fluid written materials with attention to spelling grammar and sentence structure. The receipt review and processing of legal documents is a primary responsibility of this position; therefore experience in a legal setting or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
