Job Description

Team Red Dog is seeking a Technical Product Manager to support our client a globally recognized leader in cybersecurity within its Customer Security and Trust (CST) division. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence (AI) product management and global securitysupporting solutions that protect the client and its customers from digital crimes. If you have strong experience writing technical requirements working with engineering teams and driving AI tooling in secure environments this could be your next impactful career move.

Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

  • Technical Requirements Writing 8 years): Youll translate business needs into clear actionable product requirements and user stories.
  • AI Tooling and Prioritization: Experience managing AI tools or intelligent automation within enterprise or Microsoft ecosystems.
  • Collaboration with Engineering and Customers: Youll serve as the bridge between development teams and external/internal users guiding delivery with clarity and confidence.
  • Strong Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder updates sprint planning and presentations.

Opportunity Overview:
This role provides a rare opportunity to build and manage product solutions with realworld impact. You will contribute to initiatives that help protect vulnerable populations and global communities from cyber threats. Working within the Customer Security and Trust (CST) team your efforts will directly support Microsofts mission to protect its customers and digital assets at scale.

How you will make an impact:

  • Serve as the business voice in product lifecycle phasesfrom planning to delivery.
  • Write detailed functional requirements and acceptance criteria for AI tooling customer portals and Dynamics 365 instances.
  • Use Azure DevOps to groom backlogs run sprint planning sessions and prioritize deliverables.
  • Participate in team ceremonies: standups sprint planning retrospectives and customer meetings.
  • Create mockups and documentation to support development.
  • Work 50 in collaborative meetings and 50 headsdown on design and requirements work.

The expertise you bring:

  • 810 years of experience in product or technical program management.
  • Proven experience writing and managing detailed product requirements.
  • Familiarity with AI or machine learning tools (preferably Microsoft AI solutions).
  • Strong experience with Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
  • Ability to evaluate and manage tradeoffs across competing priorities.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (required).
  • PMP or PMI certification (preferred but not required).
