The opportunity

As a Principal Digital Strategist within Adobe Professional Services you will guide our strategic customers through their digital transformation journey with Adobe. Youll help them envision a future beyond todays scope creating lasting value and partnership.
Position is based in Paris.
What you will do
We are looking for an individual with high initiative a strategic approach and customer experience strategy talent. This customer leadership role will focus on digital strategy organizational design and programme delivery.
- Lead digital strategy and value realisation on Adobes largest and most sophisticated services engagements.
- Create a North Star vision for Adobe customers using your industry expertise
- Collaborate with executive teams across the customers organisation to maximise returns from technology investments
- Develop strong cases to guide and gain sponsorship for digital programmes.
- Lead crossfunctional delivery teams to define innovative business use cases driving towards vision realization.
- Define roadmaps to deliver clients optimal state and activation of targeted use cases.
- Assess organizational readiness and design strategies to realize the required business architecture.
- Develop organisational change strategies and lead all aspects of to secure adoption.
- Proactively develop Adobes POV and customer success plans on critical digital marketing topics.
- Continually expand Adobes relationships and services role within client engagements.
- Contribute significantly to strategic sales motions establishing executive relationships and gaining customer commitment.
- Build a catalogue of measurable Customer Value & Adobe Value stories.
- Mentor Junior Delivery Consultants and Sellers to evolve Professional Services capability.
- Act as an Adobe Professional Services brand champion speaking at events and publishing authoritative content across approved channels.
What Youll Need to Succeed
- 10 years experience leading digital strategy and organizational change for a top management consulting firm top digital agency or top digital marketing consultancy.
- Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills.
- An entrepreneurial approach with initiative resourcefulness risktaking ability.
- Proven track record identifying new opportunities and driving business growth.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence executives collaborate with customers partners and team members.
- Required fluency in English French and 1 of the following Spanish or Italian.
- Ability to adapt style and communication to diverse audiences.
- The confidence to hold both customer and Adobe teams accountable.
- Validated and quantifiable experience retaining and growing accounts.
- Strong experience guiding customers to adopt new and emerging technologies.
- A library of business cases and a resulting trail of realized business value across a range of enterprise level digital transformation programmes.
- Current knowledge of digital marketing and experience solutions.
- Multiple examples of externally published content on digital transformation topics.
- PROSCI Change Management certified.
