Position Overview
At Zynga our mission is to connect the world through games by crafting experiences that drive social connection and player engagement. The CrossPromotion (xPromo) team plays a critical role in amplifying player experiences across Zyngas vast network of games driving strategic crossgame promotions that elevate user engagement and lifetime value. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Producer to join our dynamic team and take ownership of managing optimizing and scaling our crosspromotion operations across multiple studios and platforms.
As a Senior Producer you will leverage your expertise to refine and scale our centralized crosspromotion network collaborate strategically with game studios product marketing analytics and other central teams and drive highimpact creative initiatives informed by data and strategic insights. This role will require exceptional project management skills proactive stakeholder management and a deep understanding of the mobile gaming ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership in planning managing and executing highpriority crosspromotion initiatives across Zyngas centralized network.
- Strategically partner with internal stakeholders including game studios analytics teams marketing and creative teams to align crosspromo strategies with business objectives.
- Collaborate with global teams navigating multiple time zones effectively to ensure timely and accurate project .
- Lead and evolve the licensed asset approval pipeline ensuring streamlined processes and efficient stakeholder communication.
- Drive the strategic scheduling and coordination of campaigns in alignment with game launches live ops calendars licensor requirements and marketing initiatives.
- Manage relationships with internal/external creative teams and vendors clearly communicating expectations timelines and deliverables.
- Work closely with analytics and central crosspromotion team members (Concept Artist Ad Trafficker Product Manager) to optimize creative refresh cadences and maximize player engagement and LTV through intelligent datadriven decisions.
- Actively contribute to strategic discussions and decisionmaking bringing insights from industry best practices and competitive analysis.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of experience in a Producer or Project Manager role with significant experience in mobile gaming and crosspromotion networks.
- Demonstrated success managing complex crossfunctional projects with proven ability to prioritize and deliver highimpact initiatives in a timely manner.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong analytical mindset capable of using data to inform strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills able to clearly articulate project statuses changes and strategies to diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive problemsolving abilities able to quickly identify and mitigate project risks.
- Proven negotiation skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders and balancing competing priorities.
- Positive and professional attitude that fosters collaboration.
- Expertise with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira Confluence Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience managing or optimizing internal advertising networks or crosspromotional strategies in gaming.
- Familiarity with creative asset production including basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Premiere After Effects).
- Understanding of mobile user acquisition and retention best practices.
