Job Summary:
We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for collecting analyzing and interpreting financial data to support strategic decisionmaking and improve overall financial performance. You will prepare forecasts reports and financial models and provide insights and recommendations to management based on your findings. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills a solid understanding of projectbased accounting and the ability to partner with crossfunctional teams including engineering procurement and project management.

The salary range is $64000 $85000 depending on experience education and skills. We also offer semiannual profitsharing bonuses based on company profits to share in the mutual success! In the past these have ranged between 3.5 11.5 of annual salary.

Who You Are:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Proven experience 2 years) in financial analysis planning or similar roles.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP/project accounting systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced projectdriven environment and manage competing deadlines.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and trends to support business planning and forecasting.
- Develop financial models to evaluate business initiatives investments and performance.
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders.
- Support M&A initiatives by building financial forecasts for potential acquisition targets during due diligence and assisting with the postacquisition integration
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
- Support budgeting and variance analysis processes.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Assist in developing and implementing financial strategies to drive growth and efficiency.
