Your part in The Wesley Hospital team
As a Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) Specialist you will play a critical role in creating a culture of bestinclass clinical documentation accuracy in support of building a model of care focused on quality and health outcomes.
You will work closely with both our Clinicians and coding teams to participate in our Clinical Documentation Integrity program and leverage your clinical coding and documentation expertise to foster improvements in the overall quality completeness and compliance of clinical documentation.
By doing so you will facilitate appropriate clinical documentation to ensure that the level of services and acuity of care are accurately reflected in the medical record.
You will be based at The Wesley Hospital and/or St Andrews War Memorial Hospital with potential to support St Stephens Hospital in the future remotely.
