Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Adult/Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a collaborative pain management and primary care practice in the Bronx NY. This role focuses on delivering patientcentered care in a teamoriented environment specializing in pain management internal medicine and family practice.

Qualifications:
- Education: Masters degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program.
- Licensure/Certifications: Must have an active New York State NP license andBoard Certification as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience: Open to new graduates; experience in pain management primary care or internal medicine is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in chronic pain management and preventive care.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication empathy and ability to work in a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record patient medical history and symptoms.
- Create patient care plans and contribute to existing plans.
- Perform physical exams and patient observations.
- Protects patients and employees by adhering to infectioncontrol policies and protocols.
- Educating and counseling patients and their families.
