As a Senior Manager in the SAP team your responsibilities include:

• driving digital finance transformation initiatives enabled by SAP S/4HANA.

• providing technical leadership guidance and oversight to SAP functional and technical teams adhering to best practices and established architectural frameworks.

• initiating and leading open conversations with teams clients and stakeholders to build trust (including pitching in on sales efforts).

• anticipating stakeholder needs and develop and discuss potential solutions even before the stakeholder realises they are required.

• move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail.

• deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations.

• encouraging everyone to have a voice and invite opinion from all including quieter members of the team.

• navigating the complexities of crossborder and/or diverse teams and engagements.

Our ideal candidate would have the following experiences but dont worry if you do not tick all the boxes. We are interested in your strengths what you want to learn and how far you want to go in your SAP career.

• Demonstrate project management and/or team lead experience of a large SAP implementation in the S/4HANA Finance/Controlling (FI/CO) workstream in either a greenfield brownfield or hybrid environment.

• Demonstrate abilities with a proven record of success with assisting clients in shaping their S/4HANA Finance/Controlling solutions to improve financial business processes.

• Demonstrate advisory experience in a broader technologyenabled business change (e.g. SAP program diagnostics and recovery SAP roadmaps and business case).

• Demonstrate abilities and success with identifying and addressing client needs by building maintaining and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements budgets billing and collections

• Prior experience with other relevant SAP Finance solutions is highly regarded Group Reporting Document and Reporting Compliance Multibank Connectivity SAP Analytics Cloud (Planning) Central Finance etc.
