How will your ideas contribute to shaping whats next

The core purpose of the Workplace Technology Lead is to deliver exceptional IT enduser services to the business leading a highperforming regional technical support team and fostering strong relationships and engagement with business stakeholders. This role plays a key role in embedding IT initiatives and supporting Aurecon New Ways of Working.

Here are the key things you will do to bring ideas to life:

• Be the regional interface and custodian for the local and regional IT resources (SA and Vic).
• Lead the regional Workplace Technology team and actively contribute to their growth and development.
• Provide strategic regional IT input for the business functions across the region.
• Help deliver technology strategy and delivery initiatives through the business ensuring initiatives are communicated embedded and supported.
• Support the ANZ IT Manager with accurate forecasting of enduser hardware refresh targets and making sure regional IT demands and requests are communicated back to management teams.
• Manage regional IT support activities ensuring compliance with ITSM best practice and ISO 27001.

We are also looking for:

• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology Project Management Business Finance or related field and experience working within in Information Technology.
• People leadership previous experience in leading high performing teams.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to challenge assumptions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to provide advice and delivery outcomes within a complex environment is highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of benefits realisation and resource management.
