As a member of the Buying Programs organization you will work in close partnership with multiple teams to scope prioritize and drive projects that are topofmind for the business. This is an outstanding opportunity to collaborate with product engineering gotomarket and sales teams in addition to all supporting functions in Finance and Operations!
This position requires a someone who can jump from highlevel strategic problem solving to seamlessly. The ideal candidate will also have the business savvy to understand the appropriate considerations needed for thoughtful decisionmaking has a strong internal drive and a track record of leading projects from endtoend.
Collaborate with Design Engineering Sales Product Legal and Customer Support to rapidly conceptualize prototype market validate and launch new program ideas and innovations.
Develop 9 18month roadmap with the ability to focus on and prioritize key themes.
Perform new request analysis and communicate effectively with different levels in the organization.
Define project scope and schedule while focusing on timely delivery of value from Concept Acceptance through to Release to Production.
Lead crossfunctional project teams work independently and drive initiatives by translating longterm strategies into specific solutions.
Use Jira wiki and other organizational tools to lead project status and working meetings evaluate risks and issues and overall solution delivery.
Support sales marketing and operation teams for launches and on existing licensing programs.
3 5 years of fulltime relevant work experience.
Strong analytical organizational and problemsolving skills to be able to coordinate complicated projects.
Demonstrates understanding of our customers needs how sales teams work and can effectively adapt with an evolving business.
Ability to focus on details while maintaining the big picture view; problem solver who can determine the best way to tackle the issues at hand while planning for the future.

In addition certain roles may be eligible for longterm incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
