Job Description
Kinetic Events Staffing is in search of experienced Brand Ambassadors for an upcoming event taking place at the Los Angeles Convention Center from Wednesday May 7th to Sunday May 11th.
This is a great opportunity for those looking to join our roster as Los Angeles is an active market for us and we will have additional opportunities in 2025. We provide a fun collaborative and positive work environment!
Job Description
- Brand Ambassadors will support a variety of guestfacing roles including ticketing merch sales info desk phone check directional support greeting and other general event duties as needed. Our staff will also be assisting with our clients Harm Reduction team to educate and ensure that all guests have a positive & safe event experience. Those with a background in hard reduction behavioral health and public safety are encouraged to apply and will be prioritized.
- Pay is $23/hour we pay weekly via direct deposit!
- Parking will be validated onsite and/or reimbursed postevent.
- Staff will need to wear their own black slacks (no jeans/no leggings) black collared buttondown shirt and black professional shoes.
Shift Dates & Times
- Must be fully available Wednesday May 7th Sunday May 11th.
- Shifts will be 610 hours in length per day.
- Shifts will start as early as 2 PM and end no later than 1 AM
Job Requirements
- Must have a considerable background in frontfacing customer service roles.
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a standard shift (typically 412 hours) except during designated rest breaks and meal periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Must be punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts.
- Must have a proficiency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor appearance and actions while on the job.
- Limited phone use during shifts.
- Must adhere to all legal regulations and company policies set by Kinetic Events Staffing.
Ideal Candidates
- Previous event or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Flexible and adaptable as job duties and schedules may change based on client needs.
- Techsavvy and willing to learn new tasks and skills.
- Local to Los Angeles area. Kinetic Events/our clients do not provide travel reimbursements.
