Overview
HEYDUDE is looking for a Senior Sales Manager Key Accounts who will be responsible for creating leading and implementing the strategic growth vision across the India.
This role is supporting the strategic vision tools and roadmap for our priority key account growth in the Indian market andleads business through influencing partners and driving our seasonal sales campaigns and handling key customers relationships across the territory.
This position will oversee Key Account and is ultimately responsible for brand growth market health and success in both the shortterm and longterm.
This role will be an important part of our global sales organization helping to create and drive wholesale growth strategies for India and the HEYDUDE brand.
What Youll Do
Team Leadership Coaching and Development of an extraordinary team
- Management leadership and development of support team being the lead for the India Key Account Team.
- Bring a PeopleFirst approach to coaching empowerment and leadership for an energetic dynamic and hardworking organization.
Commercial Vision to drive Wholesale and Key Account growth
- Enable and inspire our partners teams to drive growth strategies for the Indian region. Support the team in the account planning process & the respective sell in meetings
- Work extensively for expansion of offline through EBO Key Account and Multi Brand channel.
- Lead negotiations with prospects and existing key accounts about terms & conditions.
- Drive input and being the footwear business advocate for all relevant aspects of the Key account business in the India region.
- Build process and operating tools to share and drive focus for teams around an aligned strategic model for customers.
- Plan analyze and implement projects and initiatives across internal functions and departments to drive growth for key accounts.
- Implement strong relationship with buying groups and key partners
Sales Strategy Creation and
- Build deep partnership across the organization to create and drive global strategic sales initiatives and process.
- Drive wholesale strategy for the India region sharing growth strategies and vision across the organization.
- Partner with our other directs markets to ensure strong visibility and consistency for brand and strategy in Indian market.
- Intensive best practice exchange with all Country Leaders focused on direct Markets.
Drive channel profitability and productivity
- Partner with Finance Operations and Logistics teams to drive stronger profitability and focus on key KPIs per key account
- Create and implement an account planning system and culture to optimize inventory & demand planning for growth. Furthermore be the active part of the sales FCST for every sell in season.
What Youll Bring to the Table
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Business or related field
- 3 years in Sales Leadership roles &10 years in Sales and Account Management
- A peoplefirst leader that brings a track record of exceptional development coaching and leadership of highperforming engaged teams.
- Deep knowledge & experience of the Indian wholesale environment and Key Customers.
- Strong ability in driving successful growth strategies in complex environments.
- Selfstarter who works well in fastpaced and highperformance environment.
- Ability to effectively navigate a Matrix organization with successful partnership and relationship focus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Can influence effectively both internally and externally from mid to senior level partners.
